Wow! Spain just lost 4:0 in an international friendly game against Portugal. The game could have ended 5:0 except that the brilliant play and goal by Cristiano Ronaldo was disallowed due to being offside. I watched the first half of the game on the internet via ESPN3, but then the connection broke down. The highlights including all the goals are posted on youtube in here. I agree with others who believe Spain could have and should have played a better game. However, one of the fascinating things about soccer (and about life in general) is that things are not quite as predictable as we want them to be. There is always an element of surprise.
